We offer minimally invasive procedures with excellent outcomes. Our fellowship trained and board certified physicians use the most up-to-date techniques to improve our patients’ quality of life. Our state-of-the-art outpatient facilities provide safe, convenient, comfortable environments while our medical staff offers the knowledge, expertise, and personal attention that patients expect and deserve – before, during, and after each procedure.

Dr. Kevin Sullivan, a board certified vascular and interventional radiologist, and Dr. Shukhrat Artikov, board certified in internal medicine and nephrology, are nationally recognized for their contributions in the fields of Vascular and Interventional Radiology and Nephrology respectively.

Our highly experienced registered nurses are Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified by the American Heart Association.

Communication with the referring staff, physicians, and patients is a top priority; we provide follow-up reports to referring physicians within hours post-procedure.

Atlanta Access Care accepts most major medical insurance plans, and we complete our own pre-authorizations. We offer same or next day appointments with an easy scheduling process.

Our specialized focus allows us to be agile. We make your time at Atlanta Access Care move as quickly as possible, while still providing you with the warmest, highest quality care available.

Experience Atlanta Access Care

At Atlanta Access Care, we want you to feel confident and informed, secure in the knowledge that we do our utmost to ensure that your visit runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

If you’re visiting us for a consultation, our Patient Services Coordinator will greet you at the front desk and request all necessary information from you, including any records or other information you may have brought to the center. You may be asked to provide additional information at that time.

Afterwards, you will meet with Dr. Sullivan, who will perform an examination, discuss procedure options, and answer any of your questions.

What to Expect During Your Procedure Visit

If you’re visiting us for a procedure, after meeting with our Patient Services Coordinator, a member of our medical team will escort you to an area in preparation for your procedure.

Dr. Sullivan will meet with you prior to the procedure to examine you, discuss the procedure with you, and answer any of your questions.

A Registered Nurse will discuss your medical history with you and provide explanations and answers to any questions.

Following your procedure, you will be taken to another area to rest, eat, and drink. Once again, the medical staff and Dr. Sullivan will visit with you and answer any of your questions.

Once Dr. Sullivan has determined that you are ready to leave (usually, a relatively short period of time), you will be permitted to leave the Center with your pre-arranged transportation.

There will be an immediate written follow-up report to your healthcare provider, as well as a scheduled follow-up visit, if applicable.

Our state-of-the-art center in Decatur is meant to provide you with an outstanding environment for your minimally invasive procedure and short recovery period. We will do everything possible to maintain your comfort.
