Dr. Shukhrat Artikov is an Interventional Nephrologist who is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology.
After earning his MD, Dr. Artikov completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at the Rochester General Hospital in New York, followed by a residency in surgery at the National Research Center of Surgery in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Subsequently, he completed a fellowship in nephrology and hypertension, as well as a fellowship in interventional nephrology at the Jackson Memorial Hospital, University of Miami – Miller Medical School in Florida. Dr. Artikov is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology. An active member of The American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology and The American Society of Nephrology, he is also the author of several articles on AV fistulas. Prior to joining FVC, Dr. Artikov built and staffed an outpatient access center for his former nephrology practice.
